The magic number: 150!
For adults (18-64 years) physical activity includes leisure activities, walking, biking, housework, sports, exercise program, or professional activities as long as you are moving. The following are physical activity recommendations for adults:
- 150 minutes of medium intensity activity per week.
- The medium intensity activities should last at least 10 minutes. For example : 15x10minutes=150, 10×15 minutes=150, and 5 X 30 minutes=150
